Who is Mary “Louise” King? Louise was the Matriarch of the King, Brumsey, and McCullar family until her passing in late spring 2023. Louise firmly believed in the power of education. She made tremendous sacrifices to ensure her family had opportunities in education she wasn’t afforded due to growing up in an era before the Civil Rights Movement. We are honoring the life and legacy of Louise by providing school supplies to school communities in need. Louise’s Kids School Supplies Drive will be a small gesture to show our appreciation for all she did while giving back to the community.
